I'm so dizzy, my head is spinning

Not feeling well this morning - nearly threw up rather spectacularly during my PT session this morning. Not sure if it's the jetlag or a virus. Unfortunately too much on at work at the moment to stay home! Still no word about the job either - this is just plain torture....
Back on the wagon for the 12WBT - have to lose the extra kilo I gained from London pub food:)
