Had a very strenuous session at boxing last night - got paired up with a tall man, so I ended up having to hold the pads for him over my head. My forearms and shoulders are killing me today!
The VC and Chancellor are here today, so my mandate was to look professional. And really, owls say 'I am professional, work at a university and take the getting of wisdom seriously', don't they??
