Got some bad news on Friday morning - my stepfather was diagnosed with cancer. It's actually only a couple of weeks until the 8th anniversary of my dad's death from cancer, so it's hit me hard. But what can you do besides be there for the ones you love?

I'm sorry to hear about your step father and also your fathers anniversary. I can't imagine losing a parent when you're still so young.
