Down and downer

I had an absolutely Woe.Is.Me. type night last night. In spite of my weight loss attempts, I appear to have gained weight. And I only got half the rent I had expected for this month from my property (due to Feb only being 28 days I only got one payment instead of two). Which is an issue with my $1k bill from the lawyer hanging over my head. Sigh.

But enough moping.
